Aurivo has become the latest processor to reveal its milk price for October supplies, announcing its decision to hold its current price.

This is unchanged from its September figure. Aurivo’s announcement follows price statements from Kerry, Dairygold, Lakeland Dairies and Glanbia in recent days.
Aurivo elects new chair and vice chair
This follows the news yesterday of the elections of Raymond Barlow as chairman and Cathal Garvey as vice chairman of Aurivo.
Outgoing chairman Pat Duffy expressed his congratulations and gave his best wishes to the incoming chair and vice chair.
Garvey has been a member of the Aurivo board since 2013 and was chairman of the Audit Sub Committee. He is a dairy farmer from south Mayo.
Last week, Duffy informed the Aurivo Board of Directors of his intention not to put his name forward for re-election as chairman of the co-operative society.
