Carbery Group has announced its milk price for June supplies, opting to hold its price.
If the decision to maintain the Carbery Group price is replicated across the four west Co. Cork co-ops of Bandon, Barryroe, Drinagh, and Lisavaird, this will result in an average price of 51.07c/L, inclusive of VAT.
This figure also includes the 0.5c/L somatic cell count (SCC) bonus and FutureProof bonus of 1.25c/L (these bonuses are themselves quoted excluding VAT).
A spokesperson for Carbery Group said: "While dairy markets remain relatively stable, geopolitical developments continue to create uncertainty globally.
"We continue to monitor developments closely with the aim of maximising shareholder returns," the spokesperson added.
In other recent price announcements, Tirlán said that it will pay a total of 49.08c/L, including VAT, for June creamery milk supplies at 3.6% butterfat and 3.3% protein.
The board of the co-op decided to maintain the same price paid for supplies delivered during the month of May.
Tirlán added that the actual average price paid by the processor for June, based on delivered constituents, will be 54.35c/L, including VAT.
Meanwhile, Kerry Dairy Ireland also announced the price it will pay to its suppliers for June, deciding to hold its price.
The Kerry Dairy Ireland price for June milk supplies is 50.03c/L, including VAT and quality and sustainability bonuses, at ordinary constituents.
This is the same price offered last month for milk supplies in May.
The processor said that, based on Kerry Dairy Ireland’s average milk solids for June, the milk return inclusive of VAT and quality and sustainability bonuses is 53.59c/L.
Elsewhere, the board of Dairygold decided to maintain the June quoted milk price at 49c/L, based on standard constituents of 3.3% protein and 3.6% butterfat, inclusive of sustainability and quality payments, and VAT.
The June price equates to an average June farmgate price of 54.2c/L, based on the average June 2025 milk solids, achieved by Dairygold milk suppliers, the processor said.
