New Holland is setting out a wide range of updates and revamps at EIMA 2024, although it appears that no new models will be revealed.
Topping the bill will be the company's new T5 Dual Command tractors, with refinements that include greater hydraulic capacity, new front axle choices, factory-fitted loaders and full connectivity, telematics and auto-guidance.
First seen on the concept T7 Methane Power LNG, the new T5 Dual Command will be the the first production range of New Holland tractors to feature the brand’s new styling, which is set to be adopted across future tractor ranges.
Other developments include the model year 2025 New Holland FR Forage Cruiser self-propelled forage harvester which has been updated, with new features added.
These include the CropSpeed system, winner of a Mention at the EIMA Technical Innovation awards. This comprises a speed sensor in the spout, which helps prevent blockages, while unloading and is claimed to be an industry first.
Improvements also include an updated cab with 12.5% more floor space, enhanced visibility and a noise reduction of 2.5dB as the result of dual-layer front and rear windows, plus enhanced sound-dampening materials.
Also new is a TH telehandler, named the TH6.26. It is a semi compact model with a maximum lift capacity of 2,600kg. it is 1,890mm wide, and has a lower overall height and smaller outside turning radius than the TH5.26 it replaces.
Some of New Holland’s more recent launches will make their EIMA debut, these include the CR11 flagship combine which will be presented with the new 15m (50ft) draper header manufactured by MacDon.
The combine has received many international awards including the only Gold Innovation Award given at Agritechnica 2023 and it is now available throughout Europe.
The model on display comes equipped with NutriSense real-time nutrient analysis technology.
Among the high-hp tractors present will be the New Holland T7.340 HD with Precision Land Management (PLM) Intelligence. This model has been nominated for Tractor of the Year 2025 in the HighPower Category.
New Holland’s activity in alternative propulsion technology will be illustrated with a T6.180 Methane Power tractor complete with the Dynamic Command Transmission.
A new area on the stand will be dedicated to New Holland’s technology offerings, including FieldOps, the recently launched farm management tool.
It is said to increase productivity through bringing machine and farm operation data together into one digital platform that works across multiple connected brands, and remains easily accessible.
The services on display will also focus on aftermarket guidance systems that allow customers to add precision technology features to their machines to fit their individual needs.
