Tirlán has today (Friday, July 18) confirmed it will pay a total of 49.08c/L, including VAT, for June creamery milk supplies at 3.6% butterfat and 3.3% protein.
The board at the co-op has decided to maintain the same price paid for supplies delivered during the month of May.

The co-op said the base price and Sustainability Action Payment will be adjusted to reflect the actual constituents of milk delivered by suppliers.
Tirlán added that the actual average price paid by the processor for June creamery milk, based on delivered constituents will be 54.35c/L, including VAT.
In a statement, chairperson of Tirlán, John Murphy said that dairy markets are "in the seasonally quiet period and prices are generally stable".
"There is considerable uncertainty around the issue of potential tariffs but we would hope to have greater clarity on this in the coming weeks.
“In recent weeks we have completed the payment of over €3 million for our Dairy Trading Bonus and €7.7 million in co-op dividends to members," he added.
Yesterday, Kerry Dairy Ireland confirmed that the price for June milk supplies is 50.03c/L, including VAT and quality and sustainability bonuses, at ordinary constituents.
This is the same price offered last month for milk supplies in May.
The processor said that, based on Kerry Dairy Ireland’s average milk solids for June, the milk return inclusive of VAT and quality and sustainability bonuses is 53.59c/L.
Dairygold also decided to maintain the June quoted price at 49c/L, based on standard constituents of 3.3% protein and 3.6% butterfat, inclusive of sustainability and quality payments and VAT.
The June price equates to an average June farm gate price of 54.2c/L, based on the average June 2025 milk solids, achieved by Dairygold milk suppliers.
Last week, Lakeland Dairies confirmed that it will hold the price paid for supplies in June.
Lakeland Dairies board said the base price will remain “unchanged” and a 0.5c/L unconditional bonus will be paid on all litres supplied in June.
A price of 49.25c/L (3.6% butterfat and 3.3% protein) will be paid for June milk in the Republic of Ireland.
