The current spell of dry and settled weather is set to remain in place for most of this week, according to Met Éireann.
Mist and fog patches will clear this morning (Monday, April 7). Today will be dry and mostly sunny but there will be some cloud for a time in the southwest and west.
Highest temperatures will be 14° to 19°, coolest near the south and east coast due to a light east to southeast breeze.
Tonight will be dry and clear with patches of mist and fog. A touch of frost is possible, with lowest temperatures of 0° to 6°, in a light easterly or variable wind.
Mist and fog will clear tomorrow morning (Tuesday, April 8) to leave dry and sunny weather.

Wednesday (April 9) is set to be a dry and sunny day with highest temperatures of 14° to 19°, again coolest along the east coast due to a light easterly or variable wind.
Wednesday night will remain dry, clear, and calm, with patches of mist and fog forming. Lowest temperatures should be 2° to 6°.
More of the same is expected for Thursday (April 10), with the weather looking set to remain dry, calm, and sunny, with top temperatures of 16° to 19°.
Thursday night will remain dry and clear, with fog developing, particularly over the southern half of the country, where it will be calmest. Lowest temperatures will be between 4° and 7°.
On Friday (April 11), fog will clear from most areas during the morning but may linger near some coasts.
There will be further dry and sunny weather, with temperatures reaching 14° to 19°, coolest in the northwest this time as winds there change to westerly, but remaining light and variable elsewhere.
According to Met Éireann, it looks like Saturday (April 12) will be a largely dry day, but cloudier than during the week.
Showers and a slight decrease in temperatures are possible on Sunday (April 13).
